Please note, everyone is welcome at the classes, whatever your age, ability or disability. Children under 16 must be with a parent or guardian. Carers may come along for free when bringing someone with additional needs. No special equipment or clothing is required. Regular students will be invited to join as a member for £12.50 per Year. Most weekly classes are pay as you go £8 by cash, cheque or Bank Transfer.

It doesn't matter whether you have done Tai Chi before as the classes cater for every level. Beginners are welcome any time as you wont be holding the experts back!
